Like with any crowdfunding, I was skeptical when Solo Stove created their famous kickstarter to raise money for their “Bonfire” fire pit. You can’t blame me though – crowdfunding products are a dime a dozen and the horror stories are rampant. However, it became immediately clear when I looked at the Solo Stove Bonfire that this was a fire pit for the ages.

Solo Stove is right on when they call it “the world’s most unique fire pit”. It looks unlike anything else I’ve seen on the market. Adopting a minimalist design, the product was clearly engineered to perfection proving that you don’t have to sacrifice form for function. Additionally, there was no assembly required and no need for parts. Literally 0 setup to get a fire going.

I’m not a physicist, but they also have what’s called a “secondary combustion” feature designed to maximize airflow to your roaring fire pit. Because of this unique feature, the Solo Stove Bonfire burns with little to no smoke. Imagine that — getting a wood burning fire pit experience with many benefits of gas burning fire pits!

If you’re worried about ground scorch, let me ease your fears: the Solo Stove Bonfire does not scorch the ground underneath it! This means it’s safe to use on your lawn, patio, you name it.

The price is a bit expensive, usually clocking in around $300, but if you’re looking for a mid-range fire pit that will knock your socks off, look no further!
